An express color analysis is a 45-minute in-person draping session at the studio, and clients receive a PDF covering their season and wardrobe, along with guidance on accessories, hair and makeup application. Full sessions add hair swatches, lipsticks and a color fan, and the Alexandria full session runs up to 80 minutes and can include makeup brought in for review. Express sessions are $175 and full sessions $245 at the studios.

Sessions can be booked for two or three people. An express session for two takes about 90 minutes and a full session for two about 180 minutes, while the three-person versions run about 120 and 225 minutes, at $325 and $475 for express and $475 and $675 for full. Each analysis begins with fabric and lipstick draping to find the palette that matches a client's undertone, intensity, value and contrast, followed by coaching on wearing that season's palette in wardrobe, accessories and hair, with a shopping guide to take home.

Style services include Beyond Size style analysis, offered at $195 in person in NYC and at $225 online, and an Alexandria style analysis built on the Fruit Shape system. The Alexandria version includes a one-to-one in-person consultation covering body shape, face shape, photo poses, eyewear, shopping and wardrobe planning, and ends with a lookbook for three main occasions and a moodboard of three signature styles. A style analysis for two is also offered, with an hour of one-to-one consultation for each client.

The business runs group color analysis at corporate events, activations and private gatherings, held at the client's location, in 10-minute four-season or 20-minute twelve-season formats or in custom formats. Gift purchases are final, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Matches each client to a seasonal palette through draping, then coaches them on using it across wardrobe, accessories and hair.
