Services fall into four groups: haircuts, color, the Air Wave and cut service, and treatments. Haircuts start at $85 and take at least an hour. Color services start at $120 and take at least 90 minutes, and the menu includes eleven options. The Air Wave with a cut is the longest booking at $350 and about three hours. Treatments start at $110 and include seven options, with a separate Smooth Treatment at $40.
Booking is mostly online, but bangs trims and the Smooth Treatment are arranged by phone or text. The salon is open Tuesday to Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Friday and Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and is closed on Mondays and Sundays. Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours, including same-day cancellations, are charged 100% of the booked service price, collected at the next visit.
Each client's hair is designed to suit them individually, aiming to enhance natural beauty with a relaxed, enduring style.
