Its menu runs from basic manicures and pedicures to dip, gel, acrylic, Gel X, polygel and hard gel enhancements, so clients can choose anything from a simple polish change to a full set with designs.

Pedicures are arranged in numbered levels. The essential pedicure includes a soak, trim, light scrub, a short massage, warm towels and polish, while higher levels add exfoliating or sea salt scrubs, masks, callus removal and longer massages. The top-tier herbal spa pedicure includes herbal treatments and massages, and an aromatherapy-based pedicure is also on the menu. Extra 10-minute massages can be added for $15 and up.

Appointments are time-based, so added services on arrival depend on what is free before the next booking. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment canceled or rescheduled, and clients are asked to let the salon know as early as possible if they need to cancel or move a visit.

Clients who may have a contagious nail condition, open wounds, visible infection, fungus, or an illness that could spread to others are not serviced. Spa chairs have a maximum weight limit of 250 lbs per chair.

All nail services carry a 14-day guarantee against breaking, chipping, lifting or peeling, with repair at no charge when the client returns. Color and style changes are not covered, and there is no separate 7-day guarantee for full repairs.

The salon emphasizes hygiene: tools are disposable, single-use or sterilized after every use, pedicure tubs are lined with disposable protectants for each client, and an EPA-registered disinfectant is used with each foot bath. It says it works with high-quality brands and skilled staff.
