Booking is handled online by category, with service groups including acrylics, duck nails in acrylic, Gel X, hybrid gel, manicures, pedicures, specials and a catch-all Other category.

Appointments are held with a $25 deposit, which is nonrefundable but applied toward the total. Appointments booked without that deposit are canceled within 24 hours. Reschedules need to be requested at least three hours ahead, and one reschedule is allowed before the deposit is forfeited. A no-call, no-show may prevent future bookings, and appointments are canceled if a client arrives more than 15 minutes late. Repeated misuse of the late grace period carries a $10 fee.

Appointments can be booked outside regular hours, either early in the morning or late in the evening, for an extra $25 when requested. Guests who are not having a service themselves may come along only if they are booked for one too. Children under 10 are not serviced.
