Lash refills must be booked within 22 days of the last visit. Some refills are valid only within 15 or 22 days depending on the service, and after 22 days a refill is priced as a new set.
Cancellations made without 24 hours' notice carry a $150 fee charged to the card on file. The studio also runs a beginner lash course for $2,500 with a $300 deposit, covering lash anatomy, isolation, application, sanitation, removal, aftercare, marketing, customer service, license information, and ongoing mentorship.
