Clients can book a Creative Freedom session at a discounted rate, in which they let the artist practice new styles and sets. Touch-ups are offered at no charge for problems such as poor retention, stickies or twisting after a recent visit. For in-person bookings, Buy Now, Pay Later is available for amounts from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Clients who cannot make an appointment are asked to notify the studio as soon as possible to reschedule. The studio is open Monday through Friday from 4:30 PM to 8 PM and Saturday from 7 AM to 8 PM, and is closed on Sundays.
