Before concentrating on waxing, Lilly spent many years in the skincare field, including working under plastic surgeons. Guests can book online through the business's Glossgenius page, or buy a gift card in $50, $75, $100 or $200 amounts or a custom amount, which can be scheduled for delivery. Gift card sales are final. In-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 can be paid through Buy Now, Pay Later, with approval needed before the appointment.
The studio keeps evening hours Tuesday to Thursday, daytime hours on Friday, and Saturday hours from 9 AM to 5 PM; it is closed on Mondays and Sundays. Guests are asked to arrive ten minutes early. Arriving ten or more minutes after the start time may mean the appointment cannot be accommodated. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice, and no-shows, are charged 50% of the scheduled services, and no-shows may lose future booking privileges. For facial waxing, guests are asked to stop irritating products such as retinol, glycolic or salicylic acids, and astringents for one week beforehand.
