Services are by appointment only. The menu covers customized full sets in classic, hybrid and volume styles, fills for existing sets in the same three styles plus a foreign fill, and lash removal. Full sets run about two to three hours depending on the style, fills take at least an hour and a quarter, and removal takes around 30 minutes.

The space is described as clean and cozy, with an intimate, upscale feel. First-time clients complete an intake form before their appointment. Clients are asked to arrive on time with clean, makeup-free lashes. Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice, and late arrivals may receive a shorter or modified service. Repeated no-shows or same-day cancellations can lead to losing booking privileges. Additional guests are not allowed unless approved in advance.

The studio is open Tuesday from 1:30 to 6:00 pm, Thursday from 2:00 to 8:00 pm, and Friday from 2:00 to 6:00 pm, and is closed Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.
