Each visit is shaped around the client. Clients can pick the music played during their appointment or book a silent appointment, which opens with an in-depth consultation before quiet time with a book, phone or music of their choice. A free 15-minute consultation is also offered.
The menu covers cuts for adults and children, color and vivid color, foil highlights, gloss, styling and treatments. Clipper cuts and kids' cuts for ages 12 and under are offered, and a Wash, Cut & Blowout that includes a scalp massage starts at $60. Color services are priced by starting point, with foils and all-over color starting at higher prices depending on length of service and hair density.
Clients are offered a beverage and a snack during their visit. Reviewers describe the space as cozy and clean, with a fireplace and artwork.
Cancellations or reschedules are requested at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours may be charged up to 50% of the missed appointment price, and no-shows are charged the full service price.
