Appointments can be requested online, by phone, by text, or by WhatsApp, all through the same number. When booking, clients are asked to name the style they want and offer two or three days that work for them. A $20 booking charge holds the appointment spot and is not refundable.

Listed styles run from about 90 minutes for cornrows and ponytails to about 150 minutes for medium lemonade braids and 210 minutes for medium boho twists and Senegalese twists. Clients should arrive with clean hair, since the salon does not offer a wash before braiding. The gallery includes men's braid styles alongside the women's designs.

Hours are Tuesday through Thursday from 9AM to 7PM, Friday and Saturday from 8AM to 7PM, and the salon is closed on Sundays and Mondays. An in-store shop sells hair care products for use at home.
