Injectable treatments are performed by nurse practitioners. At the consultation, the injector maps facial muscle movement, marks injection points and creates a personalized facial chart, then confirms the units and price before treating. A full health history and signed consent forms are required before any treatment, and complimentary follow-up appointments are scheduled afterward. Injectors attend ongoing training several times a year, and the business states that each practitioner on its team is a certified Cosmetic Nurse Practitioner.

The menu is grouped into Botox and injectables, dermal fillers, laser treatments, skin care, medical weight loss and more services.
