Each first visit opens with a consultation in which the team reviews a client's skin, aims and day-to-day habits, and then drafts a treatment plan suited to that client. Before a first appointment, new clients fill out one intake and consent form. Returning clients sign a single-page disclosure at every appointment. Sessions usually last between 30 and 90 minutes. A no-cost, half-hour private consultation with a licensed provider is offered, with a listed price of $100. A complimentary follow-up can be booked within 2 weeks of a treatment.

The salon works with several Cynosure systems. The Clarity II dual-wavelength laser is used for permanent hair reduction and for spider veins. The Ultra 1927nm fractional laser is used for skin resurfacing, pigment correction and sun spots. The Lutronic XERF multifrequency radiofrequency system is used for skin and body tightening. For hair rejuvenation, the KeraLase treatment is applied to the scalp along with KeraFactor Serum. According to the salon, its laser systems can treat all Fitzpatrick skin types, with settings chosen at consultation.

The signature LightLift treatment combines XERF, Ultra and Alastin peptides, delivered as two treatments six weeks apart. The salon says it is designed for full collagen restructuring. According to the salon, visible results can appear by the second treatment, with further improvement about three months later. A package of two costs $3,600 and includes 2 XERF treatments and 3 Ultra Glow treatments, one of which is complimentary if used within 2 months of the last treatment. XERF treatments involve no numbing, no needles and no downtime, according to the salon.

Package pricing is available for many treatments, and a membership program is offered for regular clients. Aesthetic treatments are generally not covered by insurance, but CareCredit financing is accepted along with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Cancelling or rescheduling at least 48 hours ahead has no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows may be charged 50% of the service price. Deposits are transferable. Online booking is open 24 hours a day with instant confirmation, and payments and deposits are handled by Boulevard, which also manages health records.
