Color and extension work begins with a consultation. The in-person color consultation is complimentary and covers color ideas, hair history, maintenance and expectations before booking. Extension clients must complete a complimentary extension consultation before any new install, covering goals, color match, method and pricing.

Several color services include a blowout in the price, including full and partial blonding, dimension drop, permanent root color and all-over permanent color. Other services include haircuts with a wash and blowout, styling with a flat iron or curls, a keratin treatment that smooths frizz for up to three months, and conditioning add-ons after color.

Appointments are booked through the salon's GlossGenius page. Clients are asked to cancel within 48 hours, and a 30% cancellation fee of the scheduled service cost may be charged if they do not. Clients who cannot find a suitable time can request one through the contact form.
