Its goal, in its own words, is for each patient to feel listened to, understood and backed up through care and wellness services that are tailored to the individual and built on an ongoing relationship with the clinician.

Direct primary care works as a monthly membership with direct access to the physician by text, email and phone. Visits run 30 to 60 minutes, and members can usually get a same-day or next-day appointment. The practice does not bill insurance for these visits, so there are no extra copays. Membership is offered to individuals, families, small businesses and self-employed people, and enrollment starts with a text or email to the office.

Beyond primary care, the practice offers physician-led hormone therapy for women, beginning with a consultation, and provides dedicated support for women in perimenopause and menopause. Physician-supervised, medically managed weight loss is also part of the practice. Hormone therapy patients receive preferred pricing on the optional aesthetic treatments, which require a consultation and are not a requirement of hormone therapy.

The skin and hair treatments use Alma devices that are FDA-cleared. Alma TED is a non-surgical treatment for hair thinning that uses acoustic sound waves and air pressure to deliver a serum into the scalp; the practice recommends at least three treatments, with four considered ideal, spaced four to six weeks apart, and notes there is no downtime and that visible change often develops over several months. Alma Opus uses fractional plasma energy for fine lines, texture and skin laxity, and can be paired with a Focus Tip for delicate areas such as around the eyes and mouth, depending on consultation. A separate AI-aided skin analysis, run on the Alma IQ system, captures skin images and evaluates pigmentation, texture and moisture.

The practice also sells Alma CBD+ skin care and the LMNT At Home Skin Treatment Device, which combines red, blue and near-infrared LED light with microcurrent for home use. It accepts CareCredit financing with interest-free options for short-term payments, and offers Atlas Direct Supplemental Insurance, which pays cash for many hospital and ER events without deductibles or networks.
