The philosophy is holistic. The spa states that healthy skin comes from within and that evidence-based skincare is the best care. A visit usually starts with a complimentary 15-minute virtual skincare visit or a 30-minute in-person consultation, where concerns are discussed, treatment areas are reviewed and a customized plan is built. That plan often combines several devices and treatments, and a consultation can be paired with a HydraFacial as a way to meet the team.

Services fall into body contouring, facials and peels, hair, hair removal, injectables and other treatments. Body contouring includes Emsculpt NEO, which the business describes as FDA-cleared for fat reduction and muscle stimulation with sessions of about 30 minutes and no downtime; SculpSure for non-surgical reduction of unwanted body fat, plus a submental version; Sofwave for wrinkles and sagging skin; truSculpt flex for muscle sculpting; and Potenza RF microneedling for scarring, wrinkles, fine lines and uneven texture. Facials include HydraFacial, DMK enzyme therapy, dermaplaning performed with a sterile surgical scalpel, Celluma LED light therapy as an add-on, RadiantHydrA infusion, O-Cosmedics PDP and the X-Rated Facial, a microneedling treatment using Rejuvapen with a choice of Benev Exosomes or the WiQo PRX Derm Perfection elixir.

The spa also offers AviClear, an energy device that the salon presents as FDA-cleared and aimed at acne from the root. Glimpse Skin Analysis reviews current skin condition and projects how skin is likely to age. Nitronox is a pain relief option that delivers a 50/50 blend of oxygen and nitrous oxide, which the client controls; it is available during SculpSure, BOTOX Cosmetic and filler treatments. IM and IV therapy are also available. Vectus laser hair removal covers the face, arms, underarms, back, chest, legs and bikini zone. Clients are advised to ask their own health care provider whether Nitronox could interact with any medications they take.

Booking is online through the client portal or a request form, and clients can ask for a specific provider or the soonest opening. Walk-ins are welcome but may not be taken during sessions, so it helps to text or call first. Hours are Monday and Tuesday 9 to 5, Wednesday 9 to 6, Thursday 9 to 7, Friday 9 to 5, and Saturday and Sunday 9 to 4. Changes made through the portal are allowed up to 48 hours ahead; later changes must be texted to the business and carry a $100 fee, and no-shows may be charged up to the full service value. Prepaid services, packages and promotional purchases are final sale, and skincare and retail products cannot be returned once they leave the facility.
