The facial menu is built around Hydrafacial. Options range from a 30-minute Cleanse, Extract and Glow session and a Signature Hydrafacial Experience to 45-minute and 60-minute Deluxe, Platinum and Keravive versions, with a neck treatment also offered. Sessions use a HydraFacial Elite device, and the deep-cleanse step uses a glycolic-lactic solution. Serums are chosen for each client and can include antioxidants, peptides and hyaluronic acid, and add-on enhancements are available for the lips, eye area and scalp. Every session starts with a consultation about skin concerns, goals and skin type, and boosters are adjusted for clients who are pregnant so the ingredients are pregnancy-safe.

Beyond Hydrafacial, the spa lists LED light facials, signature facials with a customized session and massage, hydration deep-cleaning facials, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, microneedling and nano-needling. Chemical peels are offered in light, medium and deep strengths, along with enzyme peels and a medical-grade peel. Peel sessions usually come as a series of three to six, spaced four to six weeks apart, and each one begins with a full skin analysis by a licensed aesthetician. Body services include Cavitation 360 combined with radio frequency and full-body red light therapy. Laser skin resurfacing and a range of surgical and procedural services, such as facelift, rhinoplasty and eyelid surgery, also appear on the site, though the site gives no further detail on those.

Injectable treatments include neurotoxin for forehead lines, frown lines and crow's feet, which typically takes 10 to 20 minutes, with effects usually starting within three to five days and fuller results at about two weeks. Results typically last three to four months, and many clients use around 20 to 40 units per session. Lip fillers use hyaluronic acid, and touch-up sessions are available within two weeks of a prior treatment. Brow lift options include a thread lift performed in the office under local anesthesia, a temporal lift, an endoscopic lift and a coronal lift. The non-surgical neurotoxin brow option does not replace a surgical brow lift. Brow lift pricing covers the pre-operative consultation, the procedure, post-operative care and follow-up visits.

Membership plans are Relax, Refresh, Renew and Revive. Relax includes one monthly choice of an LED facial, a dermaplaning facial or a lunch peel and 10 percent off additional services. Refresh includes one premium facial a month and 10 percent off. Renew adds one facial and one body treatment booked for the same visit, and Revive adds an upgrade on top of that, with 15 percent off services and products on those two tiers. Some tiers include quarterly Voupre skincare such as a cleanser and SPF. Members also get priority scheduling and early access to new specials. Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions. The spa accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cash and CareCredit, and offers payment plans.

Treatments are tailored to each client's skin type, concerns and goals, with budget and lifestyle taken into account.
