About

Lifestyle Physicians LLC operates the practice, which was founded in 2015 by Dr. Sagar Verma. It has clinics in Warrenton and Culpeper, Virginia, and a Fairfax location that offers peptide therapy consultations only. The team also serves patients from Gainesville, Haymarket, Bristow, Manassas and Nokesville.

Care is built on integrative and functional medicine, used alongside standard medical care. The practice aims to find the root cause of symptoms and shapes each plan around labs, personal history and goals. Visits are longer than usual, include a full history and a detailed lab review, and are followed by retesting to track progress. Every treatment begins with a consultation and a physician's assessment, and when a treatment is suitable, the patient receives a written plan with timing and follow-ups.

Services fall into five areas. Hormone care covers bioidentical hormone therapy for women and men, thyroid care, PMOS care (formerly PCOS) and two sexual health programs. Weight loss care includes a medically supervised program with a wellness check, body composition and metabolic rate testing, weight-loss medications and add-on injections and IV infusions. Longevity and regenerative options include peptide therapy, ozone therapy, PRP for joints and injuries and an ongoing longevity program. Aesthetic treatments include lasers, chemical peels, microneedling, injectables and PRP-based facial treatments. Some treatments and compounded medications are not FDA-approved for the uses discussed.

Patients can learn more through the Lifestyle Physicians Learning Center, which explains hormones, weight, sexual health and aging in plain language. Warrenton is open Monday and Tuesday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Wednesday and Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and is closed Thursday and Sunday. Culpeper is open on Thursdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The Fairfax clinic sees patients by appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted. Booking and questions go to (540) 680-2426 in Warrenton, (540) 764-4694 in Culpeper or (703) 933-1600 in Fairfax. The website is not for urgent needs, and medical emergencies should call 911.
