The hormone and metabolic side includes bioidentical hormone therapy, hormone pellet therapy, hormone therapy for men and for women, menopause hormone therapy, low testosterone treatment and testosterone injections. Weight management begins with a clinician-guided review of medical history, current medications, vital signs and labs before deciding whether a GLP-1 medication is appropriate. Semaglutide and tirzepatide evaluations are offered, and the clinic states that compounded products are not FDA-approved and are not interchangeable with FDA-approved ones. Hormone and weight-loss consultations are $200, credited toward treatment if the patient goes ahead, and labs are charged separately.

On the aesthetic side, the clinic offers Morpheus8 RF microneedling, UltraFibrin PRF treatments for hair, face and hands, microneedling, Jeuveau and Evolysse Form. Laser hair removal is performed with Diolaze XL, an 810 nm diode laser on the Optimas by InMode platform, and is offered across the face, underarms, bikini line, legs, back, chest and arms, as single sessions or series of six. Settings and candidacy are reviewed before treatment based on skin type, tan status, hair color and thickness, medications and prior laser use. Patients may bring a competing laser quote and staff will help compare area, session count, device, deposits and cancellation terms.

A Glow Up package covers three HydroFacials, three chemical peels and three LED sessions after a skin assessment.

Peptide consultations are free and require no deposit or purchase. The clinic reviews research and care options, with recommended testing or treatment discussed separately. Its peptide education covers 25 topics, including BPC-157, TB-500, MOTS-c, Semax, Sermorelin, Tesamorelin and GHK-Cu, and the clinic notes that much of the cited evidence comes from laboratory, animal or cell studies rather than controlled patient trials. Booking policies: a $50 deposit is required for MedSpa procedures and is applied toward treatment, and a $50 phone deposit for hormone and weight-loss consultations is part of the $200 fee. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice, with deposits forfeited for late cancellation or no-show. A $75 fee applies to physical exams canceled with less than 24 hours' notice. Insurance coverage varies by plan and service, and aesthetics and some programs are self-pay. Packages are non-transferable, and financing through Cherry and CareCredit may be available subject to approval. Psychiatric care at the Gilbert clinic is run by Horizon Peak Health, a distinct psychiatric practice based in the building. Scheduling, medical records and invoicing for psychiatric visits all go through Horizon Peak Health, not LifeSpann.

According to the clinic, its philosophy pairs exacting clinical standards with warmth. Services draw on functional medicine and naturopathic thinking, and include peptide therapy, IV nutrient infusions and hormone optimization.
