Founder Melissa Escalona came to the practice with years of experience in medical wellness and aesthetics. The approach centers on prevention and conservative, science-backed plans that aim to protect skin and health now. Treatments are meant to enhance a client's own features rather than change them, and they are tailored to each client's face, goals and stage of life rather than following trends.

A visit usually begins with a 30-minute in-person consultation built around the client's goals, booked directly with the medical team. Same-day treatment can follow a consultation when it is appropriate. Clients who are unsure which consultation fits are advised to start with a skin or wellness consultation.

Multi-session treatments are sold as bundles, and once the first session is booked the team schedules the rest. Skin Health memberships in three tiers include discounts on products and services and vitamin shots, and they can be cancelled at any time. Most weight loss bookings require a $100 deposit.

Plans are built on prevention and conservative, science-backed care, with the aim of enhancing a client's own features rather than changing them. Every plan begins with a consultation about the client's goals and concerns.
