Life Balance and Beauty operates from two addresses on Water Works Lane in Riverview: the spa is at number 10013 and the counseling office at number 10021. The practice serves Riverview and the surrounding Tampa Bay communities, and its therapists also see clients statewide through video sessions on its online portal.

On the counseling side, the practice works with clients from age 5 through adulthood, in individual, couples, family and teen therapy. Couples and marriage work includes premarital counseling and culturally responsive counseling for diverse couples, including Black couples. Child and teen therapy addresses anxiety, ADHD, trauma, behavioral and emotional concerns and family challenges. Sessions usually run 30 to 50 minutes, and therapists' hours can include mornings, evenings and weekends. Haliyah (LeLe), the proprietor of IWax Studios in Riverview, is a Certified Wax Specialist and customizes treatments to each client's needs and preferences. Hair loss restoration consultations are available by email. Gift cards and a Family Couples Therapy gift certificate are sold.

The practice also runs group mental health first aid trainings for adult and youth audiences. Its founding view is that therapy should support the whole person, and the spa is described as a warm and restful place to visit.
