Each session takes about three to four hours. The salon describes the discomfort as less than a typical tattoo, while noting that it does hurt somewhat and varies by person. Some redness may appear and usually fades within a couple of days, with little to no downtime. Clients are asked to avoid heavy sweating for five days afterward and to wait ten days before strenuous activity.

Hairline restoration designs a new hairline or re-creates a former one, and it requires the head to be shaved completely, so it is not a fit for clients who wear their hair long. Scar Cover-Up is aimed at camouflaging scars left by FUE or FUT hair transplants and scars from accidents or injuries. The salon also says the treatment can be used on gray hair when it is kept very short.

Listed services run from $1,000 to $3,000. According to the salon, a usual course of treatment comes to $2,000 to $3,000 spread over two sessions, and hair transplants can cost three to four times more than that. Payment is accepted in cash, by debit card or by credit card, and financing is available through a separate page.

The studio also runs an online course for people who want to train as scalp micropigmentation artists. The course is self-paced, can be finished in a few days, and comes in three kit options; kits include a machine, power supply, ink, a practice mannequin and needles. Lessons, assignments and one-on-one mentorship from a trainer are included. The salon says the course offers the same skills as an in-person program at a lower cost. Students need a city business license and, depending on location, a county body art license to operate.
