Licepros is a family-owned clinic in Conroe that focuses on head lice. Clients come in for removal, for a head check, or for follow-up visits after treatment. Each family is seen in its own private room, and the clinic has a kid-friendly play room with toys. Treatment rooms have televisions and DVD players.
The clinic also works at schools and camps, at the client's own facility. These visits can include group screening, school-wide head checks and camp checks.
The clinic says that lice cycles can only be stopped when treatment is available to everyone who needs it and is affordable. It also states that head lice are now almost fully resistant to permethrin, a common ingredient in over-the-counter products. These are the clinic's own claims.
Each treatment price includes the client's own comb and the products used during treatment. Financing is available for lice treatment. The clinic offers a 30-day guarantee when all household members are checked by Licepros, every positive diagnosis is treated by Licepros, and follow-up visits happen within 2 to 7 days of treatment. If lice or nits are found at the end of the two-week post-treatment plan, the clinic will re-treat at no cost or refund payment after verifying the finding. The clinic advertises a 100% satisfaction guarantee and states its treatments are 100% effective at eradicating infestations; these are its own claims. It does not guarantee against a new case after an infestation has been cleared, but it provides prevention guidance. It says a child may return to school immediately after one treatment.
Uses strand-by-strand nit removal under the Shepherd method, with all-natural products and no pesticides.
