Treatment is chemical-free and built around careful, hands-on removal of lice and the nits attached to hair. Each visit starts with a head check, and the team explains what was found and answers questions before clients leave. Children can watch a movie while their hair is worked through, and adults can relax during treatment.
Lice removal treatments include a 30-day retreatment guarantee along with a complimentary recheck during that period. To qualify, every member of the household must be checked, and anyone found with lice must receive treatment. The salon points out that its prevention products cannot promise that a person will never catch head lice.
Services range from full lice removal and family treatments to standalone head checks, lice screening for schools and daycares, and optional shampooing and detangling. Family and friends receive discounts on head checks, and family discounts are available for several people who need checks or treatment; clients can ask about these when they call.
Hours run Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. To book, call (904) 431-2617. Same-day visits are possible depending on current availability, but they are not assured.
