Massage is the core of the menu. Options include Swedish, deep tissue, therapeutic, sports, Lomi Lomi, Thai, hot stone, aromatherapy and lymphatic drainage massage, as well as pre-surgical lymphatic massage and auto accident massage for whiplash and soft-tissue recovery. Sessions may use heated tables, warm towels, hot stones, cupping and trigger point work, and clients stay professionally draped throughout. Couples can book a side-by-side massage in a private room by phone, or a Full Escape for two that ends with a shared sound bath.

The facial menu has fourteen named treatments, from 30-minute express facials to 90-minute premium facials. Estheticians assess the skin at the start of each facial and recommend a treatment, and facials every four to six weeks are described as ideal for most skin types. The Korean Oxygenating LED Facial is the longest option, combining a deep cleanse, exfoliation, an oxygenating serum, masques and red and blue LED light, and it finishes with a décolleté massage. Add-ons such as dermaplaning, gua sha, microdermabrasion and LED light therapy take ten to twenty minutes each.

Ayurveda is central to the spa's identity. The spa describes Ayurveda as one of the world's oldest holistic healing systems, originating in India more than 5,000 years ago, and says it is one of the few authentic Ayurvedic providers on the Eastside. Rituals such as shirodhara and the Deep Release Ritual need no prior experience, and the pace and techniques are adjusted to each client's comfort. Therapists ask about health history and current needs before choosing oils and techniques. The spa says these rituals are popular with clients who are managing stress or having trouble winding down after work.

Pregnancy and postpartum care are a specialty. Prenatal massage is described as suitable for every trimester, with supportive bolsters, and clients with a high-risk pregnancy are asked to check with their OB or midwife first. Postpartum massage after a vaginal birth can begin within a few days, while after a C-section clients wait four to six weeks or until medically cleared. Prenatal and postpartum massage packages of five sessions are available.

Therapeutic massage is offered to clients with accepted insurance. The spa is in-network with Aetna, Meritain and TriWest, accepts Premera as an out-of-network provider and files claims for those clients, works with Anthem clients, and accepts qualifying PIP auto injury claims. Coverage is generally limited to therapeutic or medically necessary massage and up to one hour per session, and some plans require a referral or prescription. Coverage is estimated only, so clients are asked to verify it by text or email before booking, and the spa replies within three business days. Clients with other insurers can book as self-pay.

Packages are sold for five or ten sessions of massage or facials, valid for twelve months and non-refundable. Massage packages can be used for any massage of the same length, with the difference paid for upgrades, and a three percent processing fee is included. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice; later cancellations incur a 50 percent fee, and cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows are charged in full. Gift cards for any service or amount are bought in person and must be brought to the appointment.
