The natural manicure and pedicure menu is the largest part of the list. Spa versions add steps such as salt or sugar scrubs, paraffin dips, hot towels, hot stone work, or a peppermint foot mask, and the menu includes named options built around ingredients like milk and honey, coconut, and activated charcoal. Every manicure and pedicure includes nail and cuticle cleansing, polish, and a complimentary beverage, which can be white or red wine.

Nail enhancements are priced as either a full set or a fill and include acrylic or overlay, powder gel, pink powder only, solar nails or pink and white, and acrylic or overlay with gel color. SNS dipping powder comes in a plain version, a French version, and an ombre version, each available with or without tips.

Children have their own menu with manicures, pedicures, polish changes and simple nail art, and a kids pedicure chair is available. Waxing covers the face, underarms, arms, legs, bikini and Brazilian areas, along with men's chest and back. The salon also hosts parties in its party rooms, including birthdays, bridal showers, bachelor and bachelorette parties, office parties and holidays. Party inquiries are taken by phone or through the contact form.

If a client is unhappy with the work, the salon will redo the service the same day. All services and gift card sales are final, gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash, and lost or stolen certificates are not honored. Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Amex are accepted. Nail tools and pedicure tubs are sanitized or disposed of after each use, and reusable tools are sanitized and disinfected under state rules. The salon is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
