For relaxation, the Vitality Booth combines halotherapy and red light in a 20-minute session. The business recommends three to five sessions per week for the first month or two, then two to three per week. The booth is not pressurized and has no oxygen component, and eye protection glasses are provided if needed. Salt therapy is also offered. Massage options include aromatherapy with hot towel therapy, deep tissue massage (clients can ask for less pressure at any time), and full body cupping. A 30-minute facial cupping treatment for the jaw and sinus area is also available. Brow and lash services, brow waxing and permanent makeup round out the menu.

Booking requires credit card information to reserve an appointment, and intake forms are emailed after booking, ideally completed on a desktop or laptop beforehand. Guests are asked to arrive 15 minutes early, since late arrival may shorten treatment or require rescheduling. A $150 fee applies to missed or late-cancelled toxin appointments, and reschedules within 48 hours carry a $100 fee. Children under 15 are not allowed unless receiving services, and aesthetic services such as facials may be booked for clients 15 and older with signed parent or guardian consent.
