Lash extensions are attached individually to natural lashes, and the salon offers classic, hybrid, volume, and Russian sets. A full set takes about 1.5 to 2 hours and a fill about 45 minutes to 1.5 hours. Fills are generally recommended every two to three weeks, and a full set is needed if more than four weeks pass before a fill. Extensions typically last four to six weeks. Clients are asked to keep lashes dry for the first 24 to 48 hours and to avoid mascara. Anyone with sensitive eyes should consult the salon first, since a gentler glue or a patch test can be used. The salon states that lash extensions are completely safe when a trained professional applies them. A lash lift is a semi-permanent option that curls natural lashes from the root and lasts six to eight weeks.

The head spa has four timed packages: Express at 55 minutes for $75, Essential at 75 minutes for $125, Deluxe at 90 minutes for $155, and First Class at 120 minutes for $195. Deluxe adds sound therapy, face exfoliation, deep hair conditioning, and a hot stone arm and upper back massage to Essential. First Class adds scalp exfoliation, a premium hair mask, a jade-mask facial, hair steaming, ear massage, and styling to Deluxe. A monthly membership at $99 includes one free session each month and requires a three-month minimum commitment. Early termination carries a $50 fee, and cancellation needs 30 days notice before the next billing cycle. The membership can be frozen for $15 a month for up to three months a year with seven days advance notice. Brow services include lash lifts, brow lamination, threading, and waxing. Hair services cover cuts, color, and styling. Head spa hours are Tuesday to Saturday 9 AM to 7 PM and Sunday 10 AM to 5 PM, with the salon closed on Mondays.
