Services are arranged in four packages that build on one another. Express (55 minutes, $75) covers head, neck and shoulder massage, facial cleansing and massage, two rounds of shampoo with regular conditioner, a self blow dry and tea. Essential (75 minutes, $125) adds aromatherapy, a face mask and a steam eye mask. Deluxe (90 minutes, $155) adds sound therapy, facial exfoliation, deep hair conditioning, an arm massage with hot stone upper back massage, and a tea and snack. First Class (120 minutes, $195) adds high-end products, scalp exfoliation, a premium hair mask, a Royal Facial with a jade mask and tools, hair steaming, an ear massage and hair styling.

According to the spa, a head spa can help relieve stress, improve scalp circulation and reduce dandruff, and monthly sessions are generally enough to keep the scalp healthy. These are the spa's own statements rather than guaranteed results.

Couples and families can book head spa treatments together in a private room for two. Groups of up to 8 can book for celebrations such as birthdays and bridal showers. Guests with sensitive skin or scalp are asked to say so when booking, so gentler products can be used and the treatment adjusted.

The Headspa membership costs $99 a month and requires a three-month minimum commitment. Members receive one free session each month, unlimited sessions with 20% off all packages, 10% off add-ons, a free session on their birthday, and 50% off their next session for each referral they send the spa. Ending the membership early carries a $50 fee, and cancellations must be given at least 30 days before the next billing cycle. Membership can be frozen for up to three months a year at $15 a month, with 7 days' advance notice.

The spa is open Tuesday through Saturday from 9 AM to 7 PM and Sunday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and is closed on Mondays. Bookings can be made through the Book Now buttons on the website or by text or call to (214) 707-5994.
