LexiBeauty Lounge is a small, owner-run hair studio in San Antonio. Lexi Farias owns the business and does the hands-on work herself, so clients see the same person from consultation through finish.

The menu is organized under Hair and Makeup. Hair work ranges from bang trims, detox shampoos and scalp massages to full custom blonding, all-over color, grey touch-ups, corrective color and smoothing treatments. Extensions are a major part of the offering, including in-house hand-tied semi-virgin extensions, tape-in and sew-in installs, and move-ups for clients who already wear them. Color and extension consultations are booked ahead, with a deposit that is required for new clients and for anyone needing guidance on color or extension matching.

Appointments are booked through a GlossGenius page. The studio is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 2 PM and Sunday from 12:30 PM to 7 PM, and is closed on Saturdays. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Additional guests and children are only permitted when they are also getting services, and all transactions are nonrefundable.

Lexi decides with each client which service suits their hair once they are in the chair, and gives aftercare guidance at booking.
