The menu centers on hands and feet, with classic and gel manicures, several pedicure levels and mani-pedi packages that pair the two. Gel polish and Dazzle polish are both offered, and dipping powder or acrylic and builder gel sets are available for longer wear.

Walk-ins are welcome, though clients are asked to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before a booked appointment. Saturday hours run from 10am to 6pm and Sunday from 10am to 4pm. Groups of more than one person book by phone or email rather than online, and special requests such as a preferred technician or seating can be noted in the booking message.

A deposit is requested when booking, and for some services it covers the full session amount. Deposits are non-refundable. Arriving late cancels the appointment, and if a client changes the service at the last minute, the original booked price is charged. Rescheduling needs a call or email at least 12 hours ahead and the deposit carries over to the next visit. Design changes should be phoned in so the time can be adjusted.

Gift cards never expire. E-gift cards come in $50, $100, $150 and $200 and must be booked online. Physical gift cards are used by calling or emailing with the last four digits of the card number. Bringing your own polish or skipping polish does not earn a discount.
