Several services are booked with more planning than a standard appointment. Hair color and extension consultations are free and last 30 minutes, and the studio recommends one for new guests. Color correction, high fashion vivid color, keratin bond extensions and some blonde and balayage services need a consultation or deposit first. Correction and vivid color are priced by the hour, starting at $150. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
Keratin bond extensions come in Mini, Medium and Full sizes, each booked after a consultation, and removal of existing keratin bonds is offered separately. Keratin smoothing comes in an express and a full version. A standalone haircut is listed at $80 for regular guests, and a haircut add-on is available for clients booking color, extension or keratin work.
Cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment carry a 50% charge. A missed appointment or one canceled during the scheduled service time is charged in full. Consultations that are not attended carry a $30 no-show fee. The studio is open Monday from 10 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday and Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday from 8 AM to 2 PM, and is closed Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.
The studio builds each appointment around the work itself. Consultations come before complex color, correction and extension services, and bond-building products are used in several color appointments.
