Express facials take about 30 minutes and cover exfoliation, nourishment, hydration, balancing and deep pore cleansing. Lounge facials are a relaxed session where guests choose add-ons, and room facials run from an Arcona deep cleanse up to a deluxe rejuvenation facial. Friends can book together. Group bookings are arranged by the estheticians around group size, date, time and services, and not everyone has to choose the same treatment.

Several treatments stand out. Hydrojelly masks can replace the mask in any facial, and can be placed over the eyes and lips. Dermaplane facials use a sterile surgical scalpel to remove fine vellus hair and the top layer of dead skin, but the salon does not offer dermaplaning to people with active acne, eczema, rosacea, coarse hair or sunburn, or to people using Accutane, Retin-A or blood thinners; clients are asked to call before booking. The Preteen Facial is an introduction to skin care with a consultation and at-home suggestions, and the Beard Facial includes a beard cleanse, beard oil conditioning and hand, arm and scalp massage. The Chocolate Bliss room facial includes a chocolate scrub and back massage, a Belgian cacao hydrojelly mask and a hand treatment.

For a visit, the salon asks guests to arrive no more than 15 minutes early, since the waiting area is limited to clients waiting for treatment, and to silence phones before entering the spa area. Late arrivals do not extend the treatment and are charged the full price. Booking three services gives 10% off, and four or more gives 15% off, except on extras and touch-ups. Several treatments, including the Purifying Acne Facial, the Organic Enzyme Peel and body treatments, are not available during pregnancy. A consultation costs $20 and lasts 15 minutes. Appointments are booked online, and a valid credit card is needed on file to schedule.

The salon believes chemicals are not needed to see skin results, and uses Arcona products that it says contain no parabens, sodium lauryl sulphates, perfumes or dyes.

The facial lounge is a relaxed space for pampering, where guests choose add-ons.
