Lewis Plastic Surgery was founded in Midlothian, Virginia, in 2010 by Dr. Gordon Lewis, a Richmond native. The practice says it has served more than 15,000 patients and welcomes people from Richmond, Midlothian, Goochland, Hanover, Chesterfield and surrounding counties. The office is less than two miles from Johnston-Willis Hospital and about 12 miles from downtown Richmond.

Initial consultations, follow-up visits and all non-surgical treatments take place at the Midlothian office, which has treatment rooms and a medical spa where an aesthetician provides facials and other skin care. Surgery is performed at an accredited outpatient surgical center or a local hospital, mainly Johnston-Willis Hospital and Stony Point Surgery Center. Consultations are free and carry no obligation. Prices are estimated at the consultation, where patients receive a written quote and a breakdown of costs, and patient coordinators help with financing. Starting prices listed include $600 for CoolSculpting, $575 for Juvederm XC, $1,500 for Juvederm Voluma, $6,950 for breast augmentation and $16,850 for facelift with necklift, with final figures set at the consultation. Cosmetic procedures are generally not covered by health insurance, while reconstructive procedures may be partly or fully covered. Most injectable treatments can be done on the same day as the consultation. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:45 PM.

Before and after photos of previous patients are available for review. Customers of Botox, Juvederm and medical spa services are enrolled in a loyalty program that offers promotions and discounts on later appointments.
