Level Wellness is a wellness center in Franklin, Tennessee, with a second location in White House that opened in summer 2025. The business describes itself as combining diagnostics, medical care, aesthetics, nutrition, and mind and body services, and says it cares for physical, mental and emotional health together. Its stated mission is to help people take control of their health and reach their full potential.

Each personalized plan starts with objective diagnostic testing. The Levelology Assessment, a $750 package that never expires, includes a nurse practitioner consultation, a physical exam, lab testing, VO2 max testing, Kinetisense movement analysis and a DXA scan. Afterward, providers review the results and build a customized wellness plan organized around Body, Beauty and Performance.

On the beauty side, the menu covers facials, chemical peels, IPL, laser hair removal, medical and radiofrequency microneedling, injectables, neurotoxin, PRP therapy, brow and lash services and waxing. Some treatments have prerequisites. A Good Faith Exam Consultation is required before a client's first treatment, chemical peels need a consultation or new patient visit first, Kybella requires an aesthetic consultation before booking, and dermal filler is priced after a provider consultation. A 30-minute Skincare Consultation is available for $50 with a $50 deposit.

Beyond aesthetics, the center offers chiropractic care, massage therapy, one-on-one or small group personal training, nutrition and medical weight management, and recovery therapies. Group classes such as yoga, Pilates and barre, meditation and sound baths, and wellness workshops are also offered. Private events such as birthdays, team wellness days and bachelorette parties can be hosted at either location. Individual services and packages are available without a membership. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and later cancellations or no-shows carry a $50 fee on the card on file. Minors aged 16 to 17 need written consent from a parent or guardian, who must attend the first visit.
