Extensions are placed 1-2 millimeters from the lid, and a Flash Lash trial set is available for people who want to test a look before committing to a full set.

A credit card is needed to hold an appointment but is not charged at booking. Cancellations can be made through the booking email link or by phone, and changes within 24 hours should be made by text or call as soon as possible.

Beyond lashes, the studio offers HyaPen, a hand-held device that uses pressure to push hyaluronic acid into the lips without needles. The studio describes HyaPen as safe with no downtime, and notes that results typically last three to four months because hyaluronic acid is a temporary option. Tooth gems are also offered as semi-permanent adornments that are applied without drilling or damaging the tooth or enamel. Clients are given pre- and post-treatment guidance for these services. The studio's home page also lists BBL Cupping Therapy, a vacuum treatment using suction cups on a machine.

Lash care is a focus at the studio. Clients are asked not to pull extensions off, since that can take natural lashes with them, and professional removal is offered. Oil-based products and waterproof mascara should be avoided after application, and natural lashes should stay dry for two hours and be kept from water for 24 to 48 hours.

Extensions are placed 1-2 millimeters from the lid rather than on the skin, and the studio says it considers the health of natural lashes. Professional removal is offered in place of pulling extensions off.
