Every new client has a consultation before booking a service. For sew-ins, the process begins with a virtual consultation that covers the steps, hair options and pricing, followed by guidance for at-home care such as do's and don'ts, closure care, recommended products and haircare instructions. The six-month sew-in is a protective style worn for six consecutive months to support growth, length retention and hair health. It includes three mandatory visits, with extra maintenance visits recommended between them.
