The business grew out of the owner's discovery of body waxing in 2022. It operates as a full body and brow studio in Spring, with Brazilian waxes among its services.

The studio describes its philosophy as centered on care, consistency and confidence. It aims to be a comfortable, private and welcoming space, and it describes itself as known for its experience rather than only the service itself.

Clients book through the website button and should arrive five to ten minutes before a first appointment to sign consent forms and complete a consultation. Clients should come freshly showered, and cleansing wipes are available on site. Hair should be about a quarter inch long, roughly the size of a grain of rice, and at least three weeks of growth is needed, with no shaving or other hair removal in that time. Clients running more than seven minutes late should contact the studio.

Before an appointment, clients should avoid skincare containing vitamin A, retinoids or strong medicated topicals on the area; the waiting period varies by product, from 7 to 365 days. The waxed area should also stay out of direct sun and tanning for at least three days before and after. For 24 to 48 hours afterward, cooler showers, extreme workouts, saunas, swimming and heavy fragrances on the area are best avoided. Exfoliating and moisturizing with SKN three days after a wax is recommended. Clients are advised to pre-book their next appointment about four weeks out.

Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice to avoid a retainer fee and or cancellation fee. Payment is accepted by debit card, credit card, cash and card on file.
