Treatments are planned around each client's skin needs, following a less-is-more philosophy. The business holds that healthy skin is beautiful skin and says its treatments aim to return skin to optimal health.

The HydroDermabrasion facial, offered in 30- and 60-minute versions, combines water and exfoliation to clear away dry, dead skin cells and then infuses a hydro-serum chosen for the skin's needs. It includes vacuum massage, lymphatic drainage and extraction of oil, blackheads and damaged cells, and oxygen infusion is included with either length. The business says it suits all skin types and is a good option for sensitive skin, and lists softer skin, smaller-looking pores and a reduced look of fine lines and scar tissue among its benefits.

Hours are Monday 9 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday through Thursday 10 AM to 7 PM, Friday and Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday by appointment only. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows or shorter-notice cancellations require a $75 non-refundable deposit to reschedule, applied to the treatment on the day of service. Unused, unopened product can be returned with a receipt within 30 days, and opened product can be exchanged for store credit within 14 days. Equipment, including LightStim, FaceLite and microneedling devices, cannot be returned, and service and package sales are final. Gift certificates are offered at $100, $125, $150 and $200 and are delivered by email with links to book. The business says it reads and replies to messages personally, aiming to respond within 24 hours.
