The menu runs from a children's manicure and pedicure through regular manicures and pedicures to Russian manicures with hard gel overlay on natural nails, a Smart Pedicure that uses an E-file, and heel therapy pedicures with a scrub, scented moisturizing mask, hot towels and foot massage. Several services are priced by consultation, and some prices vary with the experience of the technician. Nail extensions are offered on upper forms, lower forms or gel tips and are also priced by consultation. The studio says it carries a wide range of polishes, including transparent, pastel and bright shades, which it notes dry in about five minutes.
Design add-ons include stones, chrome finish, French, reverse French and double French, plus hand-painted designs, stamping from a selection of designs shown during the session, and sticker designs from a large range that can be booked ahead. Nail repairs for chipped or broken nails, coating replacement and extensions are free during a client's first week.
For booking, clients can use the online booking page. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours notice are charged 50% of the service fee. There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals, who may be refused service or offered a simple color instead, and appointments not reached within 15 minutes of the start time are cancelled. A loyalty card gets a stamp after each visit and earns a reward once it is full, and gift cards are sold with balances that can be checked on the website.
Clean, sterilized instruments are used for every manicure and pedicure, and cuticles and the skin around each nail are groomed and smoothed before any coating goes on.
