Styling includes wash and blow out, flat iron straightening and thermal curls, each starting at $30 or $40 with four length tiers from short to extra long. Extra-long hair may take more time and cost more. Formal and up-do styles start at $75, require an email consultation with inspiration photos, and vary in price by style and length; a wash and blow dry can be added at the client's choice, which raises the total. Add-ons start at $5 and are only sold alongside a coloring or styling service. A Premium Blow Dry add-on for $10 sets hair on rollers for a longer-lasting finish, and the Malibu Treatment add-on removes impurities such as hard water and chlorine. A Haircut Buy 4 Get 1 Free package costs $130 and saves $70, with the fifth haircut free alongside a conditioning treatment. Package credits apply automatically at checkout when booking as usual. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

Non-color services require a $20 deposit at consultation. Color services require a deposit of 50% of the estimated total when booking, and that color deposit is non-refundable. Deposits go toward the final bill and can be moved to a rescheduled appointment. Cancellations made at least 48 hours ahead get a deposit refund, except for color services. A cancellation that is not communicated carries a 20% fee. Clients who arrive late have a 10-minute grace period, after which they are asked to reschedule.
