Training combines hands-on work in the school's facilities with online learning through Microsoft Teams and Milady's CIMA portal. The curriculum follows the Milady guidelines, and the school says it meets state and federal requirements for beauty career education. Students provide their own device for online coursework. Full-time classes run weekdays from 8:30am to 4:30pm. Part-time students can choose day classes (10:30am to 2:30pm) or night classes (5:30pm to 9:30pm) in most programs, and hybrid distance options are offered with availability varying by term.

Cosmetology training is 1500 hours and includes haircutting, color, styling, texture work, chemical services, makeup, skin care and nail care. Esthetics is a 750-hour program covering facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, waxing, professional makeup, LED light therapy, high-frequency and microcurrent treatments, galvanic treatments, lash extensions, lash lifts and brow lamination. Manicuring is a 600-hour hybrid program offered only part-time, at both campuses. Instructor courses are open to licensed cosmetologists, manicurists and estheticians who want to teach, and cover lesson planning, teaching methodology, lecturing and technical demonstrations.

The student salons are open to the public and services are performed by students under the supervision of licensed instructors. Appointments can be booked by phone or in person, and walk-ins are accepted based on availability. Because of graduations, attendance and special classes, a specific student cannot be guaranteed for an appointment. Prices are subject to change. Party packages are offered for children and adults at the student salon.

Tuition and fees are published for each program. The Cosmetology program totals $23,225, the Esthetics program $15,165, and the Manicuring program $10,065, each including tuition, a kit, books and uniform, a $50 application fee and a $15 state registration fee. The school offers a zero percent payment plan during enrollment, with payments due on the 15th of each month. It accepts check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Title IV federal aid and Michigan state programs, and it says financial aid is available to applicants who qualify. Transfer students receive a tuition adjustment after the school assesses their existing knowledge and skills.

The school states it is accredited by NACCAS, approved for Federal Student Aid, and a member of the American Association of Cosmetology Schools, and that it is a licensed cosmetology school under the Michigan Board of Cosmetology. Its homepage cites a 100% state board licensure pass rate from the 2022 NACCAS Annual Report, the most recent year it lists. Students also take part in community work, visiting senior living centers to provide beauty services and donating gift cards and products to local auctions, fundraisers and municipal events.

Students train hands-on on campus and study online through Microsoft Teams and Milady's CIMA portal, following a curriculum built on Milady guidelines.

The facilities are described as spacious and modern, and the Southfield campus as having an urban bohemian feel.
