The studio was founded by Leslie Morand, who owns it and works as a master holistic esthetician. Her experience spans medical esthetics, luxury spas and wellness centers, and she began her clinical work alongside a plastic surgeon. She developed the studio's botanical skincare line for sensitive and hormone-conscious skin.

Facials are customized using the studio's own products. Treatments include cleansing, gentle exfoliation, extractions when appropriate and a botanical masque, and the signature method combines manual sculpting, oxygen facials, microcurrent and a set facial sequence. The studio suggests a series that starts with weekly sessions for the first six visits and then moves to monthly maintenance.
