The studio is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 10:30 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 8 PM, and it is closed on Sundays. Bookings are made through the booking site, which also takes payment. A deposit is required: $20 for most lash services, $15 for most brow services, and $5 for some brow and lip waxes. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment, and no-shows, are charged a 50% fee.

Lash fills depend on how many extensions remain and how soon the client rebooks; if those conditions are not met, a full set is needed. Lash fills booked three weeks out require a set amount of remaining extensions within 21 days, and excessive lash loss means a new set is needed.
