The menu covers feed-in braids and ponytails, knotless braids, regular box braids, lemonade braids, layer braids, and tribal braids, as well as island twists, micro twists, and soft locs. Crochet installs and weave extensions are also offered, and the salon provides touch-ups and services for children and men.

Booking is handled with a deposit taken at the time of reservation. Deposits are non-refundable, but a client who cancels within the stated time frame can use the deposit toward another appointment. If a client neither cancels nor reschedules in time, the deposit is forfeited. Payment is due at the appointment and is accepted by cash or Zelle only; Cash App is not accepted.

Clients getting braids need to arrive with a clean scalp free of oil, dirt, and buildup. If the scalp or hair does not meet that standard, a $20 shampoo fee applies, and if the client refuses the required shampoo, the appointment is cancelled. Clients should note any hair color in their booking and include add-ons such as extra length, shampoo, or deep conditioning when they book.

Service times listed are estimates, since some heads take longer than others, and the salon says it does not rush work to keep to a schedule. Closure and frontal installs should be dropped off at least 24 hours before the appointment. Same-day customization of a closure or frontal carries an extra $50 fee, and appointments booked after 4pm carry an extra $20 after-hours fee. Clients should arrive at their scheduled time, as early arrivals are not admitted before that time.
