The practice was founded in 2022 by Dr. Sarah Secor-Jones, a physician who spent 25 years in the U.S. Navy and later moved into integrative medicine to focus on root causes. The practice describes its care as root-cause medicine that is physician-led and shaped around each patient.

Sarah, which carries no pressure to join that day and needs no referral. The first in-person step is a 60-minute comprehensive appointment for $400 that includes a lab evaluation and a follow-up plan visit. Nothing is recommended until labs are back and explained, and results are reviewed in person or by telehealth before a plan is agreed. Visits are offered Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 to 5, with Wednesdays by appointment, and the office is closed on weekends.

Integrative medicine is at the center of the practice. It covers hormone and menopause care, including bioidentical hormone therapy dosed from lab results and revisited as numbers change, along with treatment for menopause hair loss, menopause weight gain, and vaginal atrophy and genitourinary syndrome of menopause. Other services include medical weight loss with GLP-1 medications, body optimization, longevity work with full lab panels, IV therapy and vitamin injections, EMSELLA and vaginal rejuvenation for pelvic health, EXOMIND for mental wellness, and EMVITAL pain laser treatment for back, joint and muscle pain.

Regenerative aesthetics includes microneedling, chemical peels priced after the physician reviews the skin, Dysport and Jeuveau, EMFACE facial lifting, EXION radiofrequency microneedling, skin tightening, PDO threads, and PRF treatment made from a small blood draw from the patient. Injectable treatments run under Dr. Sarah's direction, and Charles Jones performs the microneedling and EXION sessions.

Integrative Membership is $200 per month and covers follow-up visits, direct messaging with Dr. Membership does not replace health insurance. The practice is self-pay, accepts HSA funds, provides superbills on request, and offers Cherry payment plans to those who qualify. Prices may change, and every cost after the first appointment is quoted before it happens.

Care is physician-led and built on reviewing labs and history before any treatment is recommended, with testing done inside a program and results revisited as symptoms change.
