Leo Luxe describes its services as luxury nail care and is based at the back entrance of 925 N Brightleaf Blvd in Smithfield. It is open Monday and Tuesday from 8 AM to 3 PM, Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM and Sunday from noon to 4 PM, and it is closed Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday.

The menu is built around dry manicures. Structured gel and nail extensions are shaped on the client's natural nails and finished with lotion, cuticle oil and a warm towel. Gel polish includes detailed cuticle care and a single gel color. The no-polish option uses keratin and vitamins to strengthen damaged or weak nails. Nail art starts at $5 and takes about five minutes or more, with five options across three tiers, from simple designs to hand-painted, 3D or multi-layered work. Nail art is not included in solid-color services and has to be booked separately. Clients who give the technician creative freedom get a discount on the second and third tiers. Repairs start at $3 and cover damaged, cracked, broken or uneven nails. A paraffin hand treatment takes about five minutes for $10.

Removals start at $25 and are done dry with an e-file, with clipping, filing and buffing of the natural nail, without acetone. Cuticle care is not part of a removal, and the price can rise depending on what is being removed.

Booking in person can be paid for with Buy Now, Pay Later for amounts from $50 to $4,000, but approval is needed before the appointment. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 48 hours' notice are charged the full base price of the service, and the client can no longer book with that technician. Arriving more than 15 minutes late is treated as a no-show. Clients who are physically ill can reschedule by text as soon as possible with no penalty.
