Every visit starts with a new patient consultation that covers goals, concerns, medical history, treatment options and expected results. Treatment is not required at that visit, and the practice will say when a treatment is not needed. Same-day treatment may be possible depending on the treatment and medical history. Patients are asked to bring a valid photo ID, relevant medical information and a current medication list if they take one.

Injectable services include neuromodulators for forehead lines, frown lines, crow's feet and brow and facial balancing; dermal fillers for cheeks, lips, jawline, chin and smile lines; and Sculptra, which encourages the body's own collagen to build volume and support facial structure over several months. Botox visits take under 30 minutes, while filler and Sculptra visits take under an hour.

Wellness services include hormone optimization for men and women, IV therapy with mobile visits available, medical weight management and personalized skincare plans. The practice serves patients from Kent Island, Chester, Stevensville, Queenstown, Grasonville, Easton, Annapolis and surrounding areas. Parking on site is free, and appointments can be booked online or by phone.
