Extension sets fall into three styles. Classic sets attach one extension to one natural lash for soft volume and length. Hybrid sets mix single extensions and fans, each on one natural lash, for more volume and length. Volume sets use multiple fans on each natural lash for a high-volume look. Named styles including Annel, Mascara (Wet Look), Mixture Blend, Glamour and Royal are offered as full sets and fills.

Lash lifts are semi-permanent treatments that curl natural lashes from the base, with results lasting six to eight weeks. A lash lift is $85 and takes about an hour and a half, and a lift with tint is $95 for the same time. The Korean lash lift and tint, $115, takes about 1 hour 35 minutes and uses a cysteamine-based solution rather than perming chemicals.

Fills should be booked two to three weeks after a full set, and anything after four weeks counts as a full service. Mini fills must be booked within 10 days of the last fill, with at least 65% of extensions still on. A non-refundable $25 deposit reserves an appointment, and same-day reschedules carry a $20 fee. Appointments after 7pm carry an automatic $10 charge, and the early bird or after-hours add-on is also $10 and must be confirmed by text or direct message. Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes and no makeup, creams or oils around the eyes, and to avoid caffeine for at least an hour before. Lash extensions are not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy, and allergies or medical conditions should be disclosed before booking.

The business also teaches lash extension courses, a beginner and an advanced course that each run two days. Both cover safety and sanitation, theory and hands-on practice, lash application, eye and lash design, product knowledge and consultation practice. Students receive a kit and get a live demo, a live model day, two months of mentorship and a certificate of completion. The advanced course adds set design for different eye shapes, fan making, spikes and curl types, and advanced consultation skills.

Each lash style is customized to the client's eye shape and desired look.
