Makeup options range from a quick everyday look to full glam with detailed eyes. The business also offers three longer experiences: a personalized class where clients bring their own makeup to learn application techniques, a one-on-one consultation that ends with a curated makeup kit and a hands-on session, and a pampering appointment with a relaxation facial, hand massage and full glam makeup. Wine or mimosas are included with the Luxury Experience for travel appointments and parties for clients 21 and older.

Booking is done through the business's Glossgenius page. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total service cost secures every appointment, and the deposit is refunded only if the owner cancels. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment carry a fee of 25% of the booked service, and no-call/no-show appointments are charged 50% of the scheduled total. Clients have a 15-minute grace period, and late arrivals without prior notice are canceled and marked as no-call/no-show. Extra guests need approval beforehand, and children are only allowed when they are the client being serviced.

The business is open Monday through Thursday 7 AM to 1 PM, Friday 7 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday 8 AM to 8 PM, and is closed on Sundays. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
