Clients contact the studio through WhatsApp before booking to talk through the procedure. Once treatment is confirmed, a non-refundable deposit is paid through the booking link and applied to the total cost; the appointment is not confirmed until the deposit arrives. Rescheduling or cancelling needs at least 48 hours' notice, and the deposit can be moved once to a new date with enough notice. No-shows and last-minute cancellations forfeit the deposit. Piercing prices are listed on Instagram rather than on the website.
